We are a family-run bakers’, established in 1961 by master baker Kenneth Turner. His son Paul, also a master baker, took over the business in 1998.
We have more than 40 years’ experience in working in markets in Sheffield and currently employ more than 20 members of staff.
We pride ourselves on using traditional baking methods, ensuring that we use top-quality flour mixed to our own specifications. Last year, a survey in The Star newspaper found our bread to be in the very best in South Yorkshire.
As well as loaves of bread, we sell a variety of different bread buns and confectionery, made from a mixture of Canadian and European wheats. We also offer freshly-made sandwiches.
Our staff are friendly and extremely helpful, always willing to offer advice and help customers choose exactly what they want.
Trading Area: We have two stalls in the market, stall 107 and stall 135
