Continental Foods has been established for 28 years and specializes in foods from all over the world.
Particularly Africa, India, Jamaica, Uganda, Spain, France, Portugal, China and Thailand.
Some example of fresh produce we sell is yams, plantain, sweet potato, okra, ung-choi, garden eggs, spinach, aubergine, papayas and many different types of chilies. We sell dry produce as well as fresh as many different seasonings and spices and we have many seasonal variations. For example, in the summer we offer up to seven different varieties of mango. Each day, we offer a variety of fresh food at very competitive prices and we also pride ourselves on being able to give advice on how to cook and prepare our produce.
