DIG WHERE YOU STAND

DIG WHERE YOU STAND

Dig where you stand is an archival justice movement made up of artists, archivists, educators and local community members.

We unearth the untold stories of people of colour living, working and putting down roots in South Yorkshire over hundreds of years.

We do this by exploring archival records, using creative practices to reimagine the lives contained within them, and sharing these stories in public exhibitions.

The Moor Market is proud to welcome Dig Where You Stand back with an exhibiton revealing South Yorkshire's hidden racial history, open from the 20th July until the 18th August, located near to the Eyre Street entrance.
