We are welcoming back the Big Challenge to the Moor Market on January the 28th for a selling extravaganza.

There will be up to 20 young traders taking part on this day as the annual competition nears its end, with the challenge officially drawing to a close on February the 13th.

This is a great opportunity for the young entrepreneurs to really push themselves as they near the finishing line.

Starting with £25 start-up loan, this enterprise competition challenges students to design and grow a business. It's a fantastic opportunity for those taking part to learn and develop a range of new skills as they navigate the world of running a business.

The Big Challenge itself is brought to us by See It Be It, a Sheffield City Council campaign that brings to life the world of work to students by linking up local businesses and employers with schools and colleges.

The aim is to provide young people with meaningful encounters with employers and give them the chance to gain experiences of the workplace. These interactions will help inspire young people, give them with confidence and also increase their employability skills.

You can contact them via the following email address:

They also have a You Tube channel where you can hear from people talking about their job roles and how they found their employment.
