Featured Recipe: Frittata by Wise Choice Nutrition

A healthy, quick-to-prepare and easy-to-make recipe for all the family to enjoy.

Ingredients


6 eggs, whisked

6 sundried tomatoes, chopped into cubed

100g approx. tenderstem broccoli

1 courgette, grated

2 handfuls spinach

8 rashers bacon, finely cut

Black pepper to season

 

Method


  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/ Gas Mark 6.
  2. Cut the bacon into small cubes and place in a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients. Stir well and season then pour into baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until set. Cut into quarters and serve with salad.
